WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Kushty Cosmetics, hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please notify KushtyCosmtics - Customer Services within 7 days of receipt of goods by emailing email@example.com and return the goods in its original condition within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Please note refunds made will exclude shipping costs.
Please follow the 4 steps outlined below to return your goods to Kushty Cosmetics;
Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.
Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) to:

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Kushty Cosmetics, as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Kushty Cosmetics :- Accept two types of payment; Through PAYPAL.
Card payments & Paypal payment
To pay via PAYPAL you require a PAYPAL account. Please ensure you are entering your correct email and password into PAYPAL.
We accept the following:

– Visa Electron
If you are having trouble, please check the following;

That there are no spaces in the card number
That you have entered the correct expiry date
That you have entered the 3 digit security code correctly

At the moment, we only offer standard saver delivery. Although most orders are processed same day and shipped within 5 working days, we ask that you allow up to 7 working days for delivery. The standard delivery charge is £3.99
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
International Tracked is a trackable shipping service. Your order will be trackable, and will typically reach you in 5-10 working days. You'll receive the tracking details for your parcel in your order dispatch confirmation email. The standard international delivery charge is £8.99.
CUSTOMS & TAXES
International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from Kushty Cosmetics, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We do not collect duties and taxes, and as smart as we are, we can not predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
UK Mainland orders: most orders are processed same day and shipped within 2 working days, we ask that you allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery.
HELP I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!
UK orders: If you haven’t received your UK order within the 5 working day delivery frame this is usually one of the below reasons;
Incorrect delivery address entered when placing an order: Please verify on your order confirmation email that you have entered the correct information.
Courier unable to deliver: this is usually if somebody is not at home or if they cannot access your property. If this is the case then they will leave an ‘attempted delivery’ card with a phone number for you to arrange a redelivery or a collection from your local depot.
Please ensure you enter a mobile telephone number at the checkout so that the courier can contact you if there are any issues with delivering your order.
Please allow 5 working days from date of dispatch for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived in the 5 working days’ time period, contact us and we will investigate the matter for you.
